Warranty Information 

One-Year Warranty

The One-Year Warranty covers the entire printer, including the printhead and ink system, for the warranty term starting from the date it arrives to the customer  This warranty statement is only valid on DTF Superstore printers and does not include Mimaki, Roland, Prestige or STS printers or equipment. 

  • Repair Options:
    • Customers may send the printer to DTF Superstore in Gilbert, AZ, for repair.
    • Alternatively, customers can self-install replacement parts provided by DTF Superstore.
  • Customer Responsibilities:
    • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from DTF Superstore.
    • The printer must be sent in its original packaging.
    • Important: DTF Superstore is not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping due to poor packaging.

Prorated Printhead Replacement Credit

DTF Superstore, in partnership with DuPont, may provide a prorated credit for printhead replacements for failures directly caused by the use of DuPont’s Artistri® ink under the following conditions:

  • Proper Use of Ink and Equipment:
    • Ink must be stored and used according to DuPont's specified conditions.
    • Artistri® ink must be used exclusively with compatible printheads.
    • The printer and printhead must be used within the printer OEM’s recommended operating parameters and properly maintained.
  • Exclusions:
    • This credit excludes consumable printhead parts, labor costs, downtime costs, or any indirect, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or multiplied damages, including but not limited to lost profits.

Additional Warranty Conditions

  • Defective Parts Return:
    • All defective parts replaced under warranty must be shipped back to DTF Superstore at the customer’s expense within 15 business days. Failure to return parts within this period will result in the customer being billed for the replacement part.
    • Customers are responsible for ensuring safe packaging and shipping.
  • Equipment Repairs and Replacements:
    • Equipment must be returned to DTF Superstore for repair.
    • Replacement equipment will only be provided if repairs are deemed impossible by DTF Superstore and will be new or like-new refurbished.
    • DTF Superstore does not provide loaner printers during the repair or shipping period.
  • Original Purchaser Only:
    • Warranty and support are valid only for the original purchaser.
  • Shipping Crates:
    • Customers who do not retain the original shipping crate can purchase a new crate for $600 plus shipping.
    • Equipment must be returned in the original crate; otherwise, a new crate fee will be charged to the customer.
  • Defective on Arrival (DOA) Policy:
    • Customers have a 10-business-day DOA period from the date they receive the shipment.
    • During this period, DTF Superstore will cover shipping costs to replace damaged or missing parts or non-working products.
    • After 10 business days, shipping charges will apply as per the warranty terms.
  • Downtime Disclaimer:
    • DTF Superstore is not responsible for any losses incurred due to equipment downtime.
